Koren Specific Technique (KST) is a gentle, precise form of chiropractic care designed to help the body correct imbalances without the need for traditional twisting, cracking, or forceful movements.

At its core, KST focuses on identifying areas of stress or dysfunction within the body—whether structural, emotional, or neurological—and addressing them in a very specific and individualized way. Practitioners often use a combination of subtle analysis techniques (including muscle reflex responses) to determine exactly where the body needs support.

NeuroEmotional Technique (NET)

NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) is a gentle, heart-centered approach designed to help the body release stored stress patterns that may be quietly influencing how you feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

At times, life experiences can become “held” within the body, even long after the moment has passed. These patterns can show up as tension, discomfort, or feeling stuck in ways that are hard to explain. NET works to gently identify and clear these unresolved stress responses, helping your body return to a more balanced, regulated state.

What fMRI Has Shown

Advanced brain imaging, known as functional MRI (fMRI), allows researchers to observe how the brain responds to stress, emotions, and healing processes in real time. These studies have provided meaningful insight into how NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) may support the brain and nervous system.

Research has shown that after receiving NET:

  • Areas of the brain associated with stress and emotional trauma—such as the amygdala—show reduced activity
